Hi my name is Kimberley, the founder of Aurorafire Border Collies (est.2005). We are situated in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. I have been interested in Border Collies all of my life.

Tanami was my first Border Collie, and she is the foundation bitch for Aurorafire Border Collies. I received her from my Aunty Lynette, who has bred Border Collies since 1990. Lynette founded Pukawidgee Border Collies and has had great pleasure in showing this beautiful working dog breed with many successes in the show ring, campaigning many dogs to their Australian Champion titles. I am keen to follow in her footsteps.

Max soon joined Tanami as part as our family. I enjoy showing, obedience, herding and flyball with my beautiful borders. Our dogs are also being trained in agility and jumping.

2007 saw the arrival of our first Aurorafire litter, and it is with Cobar that the true start to our kennel really begins.

2009 We were lucky enough to be able to have a litter with KC - Aust CH Benshiva Wayward Angel. Thanks Mel & Brett of Benshiva Border Collies we are able to bring some great Border Collie lines into our Kennel. Rose - Aurorafire Twilight Star will remain with us.

I aim to breed Border Collies with great temperments and conformation so as to fit in with any family lifestyle. My foundation dogs were selected with this in mind.
